  • How many remote control unit (RCU) do I need?
    Each RCU can control up to 1,000,000 lifters. However, we recommend having 2 remotes for each project, one for operation and the other one for spare.
  • Instead of using the RCU, can I install a wall panel control?"
    Apart from wireless RCU, Reel Tech Lifter can also be controlled by wired dry contact. You can install a wall panel to control the lifter(s).
  • Is there any power when the light is in the lower down state?
    Apart from the Link Type models, power for the light is cut before lower down.
  • How long is the guarantee period for the remote lighting lifts?
    2 Years
