How many remote control unit (RCU) do I need?
Each RCU can control up to 1,000,000 lifters. However, we recommend having 2 remotes for each project, one for operation and the other one for spare.
Instead of using the RCU, can I install a wall panel control?"
Apart from wireless RCU, Reel Tech Lifter can also be controlled by wired dry contact. You can install a wall panel to control the lifter(s).
Is there any power when the light is in the lower down state?
Apart from the Link Type models, power for the light is cut before lower down.
How long is the guarantee period for the remote lighting lifts?
